We selected and gathered the guests according to the claim: Bring People Together . The original cellar of the house, a building from 1870 in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), was the chosen venue for the event, and the Xemei chefs – twins Stefano and Max Colombo – were in charge of composing a menu that revolved around the black rooster of the Penedès. With this dinner, a traveling restaurant was openned to pay tribute to the best gastronomic products, to the land itself, and to its people and traditions.
