A blind date between young creative talents who were excelling in their positions. We selected and gathered the guests according to the claim: Bring People Together . The original cellar of the house, a building from 1870 in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), was the chosen venue for the event, and the Xemei chefs – twins Stefano and Max Colombo – were in charge of composing a menu that revolved around the black rooster of the Penedès. With this dinner, an itinerant restaurant was opened to pay tribute to the best gastronomic products, to the land itself, and to its people and traditions.
